I live in Canada and I received my order in 4 days!! Unbelievable!! They had in stock an expansion and many inserts I couldn’t find here. It was even a bit cheaper than ordering with a company from USA. Everything was well packed and in good condition. I definitely recommend Zatu!

My 3 star review is based on the fact that the product in question was ship poorly. The packaging came heavily damaged. Unfortunately some of the figures packaging also got damaged. The postal service also clarified to me that was how it arrive at the postal office. They would have gotten 5 stars if they put a note sturdy material inside of the box, so it doesn't get damaged. As for the shipping speed I am satisfied

I've brought this for my grandson I'm sure he is going to love it. Zatu has let me know when & what is happening every step of the way, as it a gift for my grandson birthday I can't say anything about it yet I will give an update at a later date. It came very quickly, I'm very pleased with everything at the moment 😀

I ordered a £130 board game called Gloomhaven and received a cheap board game organiser called "FS-March". They said they would maybe sort it in 48h if not I should escalate the issue. So again, it would be my problem, not theirs. After I called them again they finally send me an email on how to send the wrong product back and only after 48 hours I got my money back. Horrible customer service, don't order from them.
