Would leave zero stars if I could .. disaster zone! Bought house through them -Your Move said oh use our guy to get the solicitors he will make sure it's all done fast for you to beat the Stamp Duty n saves £2,500 ... no sale no fee basis etc n quoted me £1400 to do the conveyancing on 2 properties.. OK give them £550 then with 10 days to completion they say oh n who's doing the conveyancing on the buy to let ? I said you are! Nope they said ! Plus wanted to charge me another £626 on top!!! Had to start from scratch plus guess what? No Sale no fee? I did not get my £550 back at all ! Plus too late to beat the Stamp Duty deadline Started from scratch with new solicitors which by the way cost less than £1000 for both properties.. Eventually move in .. boiler had been serviced a few days earlier .. n guess what ? Boiler is broken and will cost £800 to repair n been told better off to get a new one. .. Their response .. tough luck .. so now my daughter and I are freezing with no hot water at all . Give this agent a miss .. awful awful and nasty unprofessional people . To top it off I've also lost 2 months rent by not being able to move in so altogether I'm looking at a £8,000 loss because of their incompetence. AVOID!!!!

We have recently sold 2 houses on behalf of family members within a couple of months of each other through Your Move at Beeston. They were excellent all the way through, from the initial valuations by Sasha, who clearly understood the market, was courteous, friendly and helpful. Both houses sold within a week or two and the office team - Alix, Emily and Sharon in particular, managed the sale negotiations professionally and knowledgeably. The staff were always friendly and efficient and communication was excellent all the way through the process. We knew exactly what was happening at each stage of both cases and when we had any queries they were prompt in dealing with them. We cannot thank Your Move enough for the support, help and courtesy with which they guided us through the sales. It has been a really positive and pleasant experience, made so by an excellent team. I am sorry if I have left out any names, they were all brilliant. We would recommend them without hesitation.

We sold our home via them and all the way they were highly professional, and extremely helpful. We were selling during Covid, which was extra stressful for us and they followed all the rules, all the time, and made sure that all buyers did the same. That was really amazing. They answered all questions we had very promptly so we always had a feeling that they genuinely cared about our needs. I would highly recommend them.

Michael helped my husband and I with a tenant find service. He was extremely helpful and constantly went over and above what he needed to do. Communication was excellent and to be honest I really don't know what I would have done without him as I do not live in the area and am managing my property from afar! Would have no hesitations in recommending him, a top bloke. Looking forward to dealing with him again in the future.

Dealt with Michael S on Monday in relation to moving to the area and looking to rent. Was extremely helpful and professional. Took up a lot of his time but he was extremely patient and understanding. Will definitely be using him to rent when I have a moving date. Sorry this was for Beaton Leeds branch.
