I’ve had quite a lot of experience with agencies and changed lots of places in the years and I know that everything could feel a bit overwhelming sometimes. I have had my properties let through Your Move for well over a decade, the latter part entirely through the Brighton office, after the Worthing Office was closed. Since the change of lettings manager in the office I have been pleased with the service on lettings; it has been efficient and helpful. The response is rapid, assessment of rental value realistic and requests for extra information readily forthcoming. The biggest problem I have with the lettings is the national policy of charging a month's rent if I wish to change agent, even if the tenant has been there for many years, as a "finders fee". This is in their contract and non-negotiable. Of course it is not a problem unless you wish to change agent, which I did under the previous lettings manager. The property management has been nothing less than superb through my time with Your Move. The present property manager is understanding, efficient, knowledgable, helpful...well, actually words fail me. There have been various problems with the properties over the years and she has brought me through. It is impossible to recommend the property management too highly.

Moving home is always daunting, moving to a different city just adds to the anxiety! However, Myles really made the whole process seamless by keeping me updated at each part of the process with very efficient but friendly communications. Myles was on hand to answer any questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the administrative/ viewing logistics. This has been the most  stress-free and straight forward move I have experienced to date, so I really wish to thank Myles for all his assistance in securing me my flat.
