Simon git my parts within 24 hours and fixed ut the following day no problems. really fast efficient service and I would 100% recommend! thank you so much, Emily (aka steph lol) I took my Nintendo switch here to get fixed after water damage. Upton taking it in I was told it would be “a couple of days” as we are quite busy. I was told that they text you to let you know the damage, then ask if you want it repaired and quote you an amount and then go ahead with the repair if chosen. My switch was with them a month before I still had heard nothing. I had to ring and make sure everything was okay and it hadn’t even been looked at yet. They told me they would be in touch in a couple of days again. Another 2 and half weeks passed and I still heard nothing. I phoned and contacted them and was told i would be able to pick it up in a couple of days (which this time was true). I received my switch back and 1 of the buttons still doesn’t work. I wish they would have been honest and just said “it could take up to a month because we are busy” and I would have taken it somewhere else. I messaged to say the buttons doesn’t work and was refunded the full amount (which I am grateful for) but have still had no reply, I wouldn’t have even known I had a refund if I had not checked my bank, they never said a word to me. Wow I cannot rate these lovely helpful people high enough, they went above and beyond when we were faced with my hubby losing all his photos etc from his iPad. They patiently listened to our issues, highlighted what we could do to not make the same mistakes then managed to retrieve and repair said iPad…. Kind patient and helpful and extremely generous. I requested for a new screen as I knew that what was needed to be then advised well it's your money your throwing away....not being funny that's my choice. I needed my phone back ASAP not to be sat there waiting. I went to another repair shop in Chesterfield who diagnosed the fault in 20 min and device was fixed the next day after replacement part was fitted. Very thorough but no sense of urgency!   I needed a screen replacing on my iPad I had dropped and cracked. I took it into “Your Local Tech Shop” on Saturday, was quoted a price I was happy with and received a phone call on Tuesday to say it was ready. I am thrilled to have it repaired and the service I received was first class - thank you guys!   Never thought that online trading could be so helpful because of so many scammers online until I met Miss PETRA LOUIS who changed my life and that of my family. I invested $1000 and got $12,500 Within a week. she is an expert and also proven to be trustworthy and reliable. They gave the tv a good check and stated no problem was found so no charge. Since the TV as been back home I have not had any problems, so very happy. My Samsung A71 stopped charging, I took it into store and Simon fixed it within a day as I wasn't in a rush to get it back the same day. Really good price and service. Highly qualified, i cannot recommend these guys enough.   Cannot thank Your Local Tech Store enough for squeezing in looking at my sons PC that had failed today inbetween jobs all fixed and back on his desk within 8 hours. If anyone has any issues phones, laptops, PCs or gaming consoles etc then this company is who you need fast, friendly and reasonably priced what more could you want

Only leaving a 3 star review as 1 you didn't fix the problem and after 3 days of diagnostics still didn't have the answer. I requested for a new screen as I knew that what was needed to be then advised well it's your money your throwing away....not being funny that's my choice. I needed my phone back ASAP not to be sat there waiting. I recently had a repair on a Micro System, (CD player and Radio), which was completed in an acceptable time and cost. Both Steve and Simon were very approachable and easy to deal with. Great service and long may they continue.

They patiently listened to our issues, highlighted what we could do to not make the same mistakes then managed to retrieve and repair said iPad…. Kind patient and helpful and extremely generous. Great service, same day repair. I rang around a few places for a price on my phone screen repair, Tech Store was among those with the lowest price and on the doorstep not postal like many others. Would definitely recommend.
