Barnaby Fenwick2 StarYanni changed the alternator on my car and then the belt came off four weeks later. He said it was because the bearings on the power steering pump had gone and I needed a new one. I asked him to send me a link to the one he found but he never did. It turned out both the bolts on the tensioner together had snapped off so he took it away but only replaced one. mistakes can happen but this took weeks to sort out as he evaded my calls, only answering when I called from a different number.Wednesday 16th February 2022
