I booked through hotels.com, and then received a call immediately from the owner to say he couldn’t honour my stay, that I should contact hotels .com for a refund. Hotels .com have said they can’t issue a refund, that I should contact the owner (Adrian Gill) and get a refund from him personally. He has since blocked my phone number and will not answer my messages. I am a single mother of 4 children, recently homeless and no work. I need that money. Heartless.
He initially offered a free stay ‘complimentary’ but I don’t need to stay in the area again . I need money to pay for food for my children to eat!Thursday 14th October 2021
