It was our first time to stay in Woodford bridge. The experience was amazing. The surrounding are beautiful and peaceful. The leisure facilities are well maintained and plentiful. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool and Clayton who works at the leisure front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. What an absolute star he is. The accommodation was clean and beds comfortable. There was enough room for us all to enjoy as a family or to individually have some privacy if we wished. It was very thoughtful of the resort to provide kitchen towels, washing liquids, sponges, sugar, salt, pepper… as you can imagine it is not what holiday makers plan to take with when travelling. It would be lovely if there were extra pans and spatulas because we like to cook, though we did just manage with what we were provided with. All in all the holiday was fun and very enjoyable, we will certainly be back.

Absolutely lovely place. Stayed bank holiday Friday to Monday. Accommodation was spotless. Reception staff lovely and friendly and Clayton the man in the leisure centre was an absolute legend. He bent over backwards to help with anything you wanted. That man needs recognition. Shame the bar staff weren't like the hotel side. Maybe I caught them wrong but attitude stank with a couple of the ladies!!! Young lad he was the best one I had dealings with. Bar is the only part that let's it down. No food after 20:30 and 19:45 on Sunday also bar shut 21:00 on Sunday on a bank holiday. Overall lovely place but sort the bar side out and it would have had a 5 stars..

Stayed in one of the lodges which was looking a little tired, but everything was clean and functional. Was really good value and the staff were super friendly and helpful, would recommend. If arriving on site location of reception not immediately obvious, some of appliances took a little working out, otherwise can't fault.

Very clever business with great property's. I love the varied styles of accommodation and your never find another like it. Breakfast isn't an option as the food and beverage side of the business is outsourced to another company. You should expect regardless how you booked or paid that on arrival a reservation of £100 will be held on your back card. I absolutely loved the accommodation a proper chance to relax.

We liked our trip overall. But, there were hiccups. Good to know beforehand that location being where it is means you will need to travel half an hour for any beach or superstore. If you're here just to relax and enjoy the pool etc, it's great. Restaurants around here close quite early including the one in the club, so, plan accordingly. Customer service was good. But, it wasn't consistently good. Hit or miss I would say, but, we got used to it. Farm shop was the best and the gentleman running it was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and considerate. Overall a great trip as weather was awesome as well.
