We have completed our move from our offices at Cathedral Yard and are now situated in our new office space conveniently situated at Pynes Hill. This office arrangement has been designed to create an inspiring, exciting, and spacious environment, reflective of our firm’s culture and of our status of being a Great Place to Work -Certified.
With effect from Monday 27th March 2023 our new address is Wollens, Aperture, Pynes Hill, Rydon Lane, Exeter EX2 5AZ
Our new office will allow us to grow our teams and ensure that there is strength and depth to offer the best possible service to all our clients. The new office is located just off the A379 on the established business park of Pynes Hill less than 1 mile from Junction 30 of the M5 motorway and less than 3 miles from Exeter City Centre. There is ample free client and visitor parking available along with 6 EV charging points.
Please be assured that all deeds and records stored with us will continue to be stored safely.

We dealt specifically with Mark Iddles and Jodie Everard, both whom are so friendly, polite, professional and approachable - all of which made the whole drawn out process of house sale and purchase a lot easier to deal with. They had some awkward moments in the process to deal with on our behalf and managed the whole thing brilliantly. Add to that the very competitive price as well for such transactions. If you are looking for honest and reliable then please be assured that this company will do what they say and when they say.

Good clear explanations in writing (and over the phone where necessary) of all searches/enquiries and returned very quickly after becoming available.
Great value for money with no added fees.

Caz Farmer1 StarI did not have a good experience with my lawyer here, and I chose to switch firms part-way through my case. I was assigned Mark Shell as my lawyer, and I personally found him to be patronising and distracted. I had to chase him for updates on two occasions (which he charged me for responding to), and these delays appeared to annoy his counterpart on the 'other side' (which I don't know, may have been a tactic, but I found the delays very stressful). Mark admitted that a partner had left during the timeframe of my case, which meant that he became very busy. However I would personally have preferred him to refer me elsewhere. The firm I switched to was a similar price, but the experience was so much better and I felt my new lawyer had a much better understanding of my case, things moved quicker, and he was more responsive. I would not recommend Mark Shell based on my experience.Friday 31st May 2019
