Witney Physiotherapy Centre

  We are pleased to be offering a full physiotherapy service at our clinic, with a few changes to our procedures to follow Public Health England guidelines for safe patient contact during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In order to provide the best clinical care, the first step is to have a telephone conversation with our reception staff to find out about your problem and go through some Covid screening questions. Our clinical staff will review this information to identify any risk factors and ensure that it is appropriate for you to be seen in person.

We have temporarily suspended our on-line booking system to allow us to adequately screen all patients prior to attendance.

For people in the extremely clinically vulnerable category for serious complications from Covid due to underlying health problems, our physiotherapists can offer video consultations from the comfort of your own home.

Our physiotherapists will be wearing PPE for your physiotherapy session, including gloves and a face-mask. We ask that you also wear a face-mask for the duration of your appointment.

Social distancing requirements within the clinic mean that we are not currently using our waiting room so please wait at the door at your appointment time and your physiotherapist will greet you there.

We ask that you attend alone, unless you require assistance or a chaperone.

We prefer payments to be made by card rather than cash at present.

Our physiotherapists are well-practiced in providing hands-on treatment whilst following Covid-safe procedures so we look forward to helping you resolve your aches and pains.
