Food was very tasty! My partner & I decided to try this all you can eat Chinese restaurant whilst visiting Stratford upon Avon for the weekend. The food was plentiful, tasty & offered a wide variety and for £16 per person, it wasn't a bad choice at all. However, if you are looking for a nice cozy atmosphere to dine with great ambience, this won't be the place for you. It was very crowded, busy & noisy.

I went to my first and only meal at the Wing Wah at the end of May for a friend's birthday meal. Despite booking a table we still had to wait in a queue for 20 minutes to get in. The price to eat dinner here before drinks is an extortionate price (£18.99). When paying on entry for the food no one tells you you should order your drinks at the same time. Once the whole group arrived a member of the group asked a member of staff if it was possible to order drinks, he very rudely just said later and walked away. Then another member of the group had a broken chair, however this was replaced quickly by the only decent member of staff working that night, I believe his name was Bradley. Later on in the meal the manager, (a lady in a white shirt) was very rude to a member of the party and was very unprofessional towards her. This was to do with the drinks which we had finally managed to order, however no one took payment for these and when they were bought to the table they were just dumped down one end. You would think for the ridiculous price of even the soft drinks they would put your drink directly in front of you (£3.70 for one lemonade, £2 for a glass of squash, you can get a whole bottle of squash in the supermarket for less!). Then when we finally left the hell hole there was a massive pile of vomit by the entrance and not even one member of staff was attempting to clean this up and not even a wet floor sign to stop people treading in it, exactly what you want to walk past after eating their food. Worst dining experience I have ever had, the one star is for Bradley who was polite and helpful to us for the whole evening. Bradley if you read this you're better than the wingwah 😂

Disgusting place. Dirty cutlery, dirty dishes...simply awful...had a food poisoning after eating a cake...are they still paying their staff 5 pounds per hour? Managers rude as they used to be a few years ago. Disgusting! Reply to their comment: You want to know where I heard about 5 pounds per hour? I was your employee in early 2016. That's how much you were paying us. I could write a book about how you treated your staff. Is that angry supervisor still working for you? The one who used to give us a look when we needed to go to toilet

It was an afternoon /early evening meal. Good choice of food and few nice staff members. Tasty good. Hint no 1: it has 4 different price sets (weekend mornings/afternoons , weekend evening, and weekdays morning/afternoon and evening, if you want to save try to go there afternoon on the week day , much cheaper to evening of Sunday Hint 2: come hungry , with so much choice and so much foods you need to be hungry to make it worth it.. Hint 3, don't get too good to go boxes via app as trays provided are tiny.
