helen astill1 StarDidn't do the work that I paid them for. Instead of adjusting the door they just cut into the frame at the bottom which caused the lock to break. Couldn't be bothered to fix the lock , I was a month without a lock. And due to an emergency that cost me another £200. Then someone had the cheek to say the side wasn't included and I could pay another vast amount to have that done.
Instead of putting in new seals they stuck an unsightly piece of material on the roof. And the only times they got in touch was to get my money and to ask if I would give them a good review.Friday 27th May 2022

The work they did was good, but took 3 months instead of just over a week, and the work they completed has still not been signed off by building control because the project manager didn't call them out part way through the build.
The work was completed in summer and our requests for this to be resolved is being ignored from the top.Sunday 29th January 2023
Tess Moore1 StarI paid nearly a thousand pounds more for a conservatory roof as they promised it would be done within 6 weeks, rather than the 3 months I had been quoted elsewhere. I rang over the course of the next 3 months and left 15 messages without anyone getting back to me, the roof was eventually finished about 10 months after first contact, after countless more phone calls. So not go with this firm unless you have the energy to pester them and don't mind waiting for months for them to carry out any workSunday 26th February 2023
Barry Evans1 StarScam company! Stay very clear of this awful business. They will take a deposit from you which now I realise is a complete scammers trick and never give it you back. They laughed about it over the phone and said "you will be lucky there is no chance you will see your deposit back in your account" I am an elderly man on a small pension with some savings but that doesn't bother them one bit. I am in the process of going through a claims company to try and recover my moneySaturday 22nd April 2023

*20/07/22* ordered windows
*19/08/22* windows installed.
One was chipped (noticed by me). Crew was also given insufficient trim to complete job. Left hole in wall. Demanded a 85% payment even with broken glass and hole in wall.
*26/09/22* emailed to ask for update and was ignored.
*03/11/22* I rang them saying "I owe you money"
*07/11/22* glass replaced. Didn't tell crew about hole but they had some spare materials in van.
*19/12/22* arranged a quality inspection and failed to turn up or notify.
If you have endless patience and spare time then the work was ok. Otherwise avoid.Monday 19th December 2022
