Hayley did her very best to keep the balling rolling even when opposed by very difficult case handlers in the chain. It was a challenging sale that's for sure, but she persevered and got us over the line in good time. Without so much as a grumble. Great service, thank you so much :)

I appointed willsons as solicitors for a house I was purchasing and it was an awful experience. Emails were never responded to in less than a week and phone calls were just simply never answered. Everything took so long that the seller pulled out of the purchase and it probably would have been quicker for me to get qualified as a solicitor and done the work myself than use these absolute con artists. If you find that you have too much money and need to waste it this is the only thing I can recommend them for.

I've just read the reviews for Willsons, and I've got nothing but praise for Peter, Hayley & team Astley. We've just completed selling & buying at the same time, and the team were nothing but professional, kept us upto date with all the goings on with a very difficult buyers solicitor 😱, if they said they were sending paperwork, it was here the next day, if we had queries regarding both sales, they were always at the end of the phone. Hayley is an absolute star 🌟. Keeping me calm when everything felt like it was falling apart with regard to our sale, again, if it wasn't for their patience, tenacity, professionalism and hard work, I'd have had a breakdown. We would highly recommend Willsons, and if we ever move again I would definitely use again. 5 Stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
