The person who came to value my house was prompt and respectful. The process was efficient. One star is withheld, just because a query to the email address on a card had no response. If necessary, I could have followed up via a different contact method, but perhaps the email address needs checking.

My experience of dealing with William H Brown, Halstead, has been an excellent one. My husband and I were looking at houses within the Halstead area and were shown some cottages in Colne Road, Hedingham Road and Trinity Street. Even though, in the end we decided to go for a newer build, we found Grant, Jade and Aron to be very approachable and amiable yet professional at the same time. It was enjoyable learning about the area and what we could buy with our money. Thank you for your service.

Arron and the team went over and above with the service provided, it was good old fashion customer service, which many other companies sadly don't provide. Jules especially should get a mention, nothing was too much trouble (even though I was probably a pain, with my demands) ! I will definitely be using the Halstead Office again. I cannot recommend them highly enough, 10 out of 10...

After visiting the branch earlier today, I cannot recommend WH Brown in Halstead highly enough! Arron and his team are professional, friendly and extremely helpful! I would not consider going to any other estate agent - they are first class!
