Being our main contact at WHB, Suzanne made sure that I was kept fully up to date with progress. She was proactive in her approach ensuring that we finally completed on our property. Couldn't have gone better. I rented a place through William H Brown and despite some hiccups around references (which were unavoidable- this is my first rental in the UK after living abroad for several years), I went from viewing to moving within a week, complete with fully compiled inventory, paperwork, a welcome pack containing extra information the team pulled for me (things like cleaning services, which I had only mentioned in passing, and which showed fantastic attention to detail). Throughout the process I had access to staff over email to help keep the process going, and to help me understand what was going on too. All in all, my experience has been nothing short of excellent
