Really disappointed that when I ordered food 2 days ago you sent the wrong pie. It was 8.30 at night was very hungry and couldn't eat the pie. I called to tell you and the staff said it was an hour wait for another. I can't usually afford takeaway and I just wasted money on food I couldn't eat and went hungry. The chips were cold and hard and it really made our evening horrible as I had no dinner and was upset. I asked for refund on email, messages and called twice and Iv yet to have a response from manger. It's just not nice service. Big difference between steak pie and spinage. Was awful. A response would of been nice

I had been looking for somewhere close to home that does 'proper burgers' with other choices such as chicken which you can have grilled and halloumi! So was very happy when I found this place, the food was plentiful and delicious!! I ordered the bbq ribs too and was presently surprised at the freshness and portion size. I will be coming again.

To say I am disappointed is like to say nothing. Ordered fishburger, Willis burger and kids menu and chips. Fish burger - wet and soggy and flavourless mess. No more comments needed - avoid. Willis Burger - two dry and burnt pieces of meat, smashed in between two soggy buns topped up with 2 small piece of pickled cucumbers - I could use it as chewing gum as it was literally like that. AVOID Kids menu - 3 pieces of absolutely oil soaked chicken fillets and chi... No you cannot call then chips, more like mashed potatoes - yes that's more precise description of "chips" that we GOT. AVOID Chips that were together with burgers - as per comment above - they were not chips they were oily, wet mashed potatoes, no crisp and taste apart from taste of OIL. A V O I D I would not recommend to anyone, even my worst enemy, avoid this food place at all cost. So far - my biggest disappointment in Rochester food scene. If you want decent food order KFC or McDonald's as you will get much more pleasure from that. We ordered from this place due to false advertising on UBER Eats, in photos food looks much better and tastier, unfortunately read my first sentence.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal today. Greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady. The Will's big burger was delicious and the Oreo milkshake was amazing. Wasn't really sure what to expect when we booked the groupon deal but very impressed and great value for money. Would definitely visit again.
