Terrible service... no one bother to answer call ... 3-5 hours on different departments... if that how they deal with customers then not recommend.

Never answer the phone - Tried calling to cancel an appointment, call rang and rang for over 4 minutes, I was then told by a recorded message, that there was no one to answer my call and goodbye. I won’t be calling again and therefore will not turn up for the appointment.

Absolutely disgraceful treatment by a certain member of staff who accused me of being a thief and embarrassingly ejected me from the shop. Legal action will be following.

Do not shop at this store! Bought 6 OSB loft panels a few days ago. Wasn’t given a receipt and started to walk out. After realising i wasn’t given a receipt I walked back into the store to be told it was to late to give receipts as the order had been processed and they had served other customers. Darren told me it didn’t matter if I didn’t have a receipt as long as I had a bank receipt of which I had. I showed them this when I returned back to the store 2 days later for a refund after not needing the items. I was then told by the store manager Damien (who I have to say was incredibly rude) that it was my fault not to get a receipt even though I had tried and was told I didn’t need one. Yes I should have gone with my gut and insisted I got a receipt but we’re talking seconds after the transaction was made I asked for one. Darren also shouldn’t of said I didn’t need a receipt in order to get a refund. I’m escalating this now with wickes due to the extremely poor service.
