Bought a house with them around feb 2021. Terrible service. I'm not exaggerating, avoid at all costs. Tried to add on insurance for £200 I dont need for a satellite dish that isnt even there instead of contacting seller like I requested. Many other issues. I could write a 500 word essay about how bad that are. Did not deserve their fee

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could offer 0 star review, I would. I work in the property industry and have 200+ solicitor clients. These are by far the least competent solicitors I have come across in 15 years. This firm were involved in my house purchase. On the day of completion, Jake at WHN admitted he had failed to remove a charge on the property. We were on the driveway of the new property with all of our belongings in our removal van, having completed on the sale of our previous house. This solicitor then went on to advise the vendors not to allow us to move in 'under licence' (a standard procedure in this instance) so we had to urgently find housing. this was in November 2020 during covid restrictions. We couldn't go to family or friends due to lockdown and had to put ourselves in temporary hotels. It took WHN over 3 weeks to sort! 3 weeks moving from hotel to hotel every few days, as Jake kept advising it would take another 2 days to sort. It was horrendous. This solicitor was rude and provided little updates showing absolutely no empathy. To add insult to injury, they only refunded us our expenses 4 months later after threatening court action. We have never had an apology. DO NOT USE.
