I have just had my whole house carpeted by this local Guildford business, who I have used many times in the past, not just for my home but for my daughters house as well. They have done a fantastic job, they are polite, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them!

High quality flooring and excellent customer service. If you are looking for style, personalised service, and faultless professional delivery don't look elsewhere. Reassuringly expensive as they don't have any low quality floors but still price competitive. Steve from White Barnes in Madrid Road personally conducts an accurate site survey before quoting and privudes expert advice as required. I love my new floors! Highly recommended

We have used White Barnes Madrid Road Guildford three times now, twice at home for Amtico flooring over various poor surfaces at home. And now May 2020 for installation of specialist vinyl floor at village Hall, over uneven poorly floor tiles. Competitive pricing, great floor preparation and fitting team, good service and communication. Minor problems were resolved quickly, well and in a friendly professional manner by Steve White and his team. Thoroughly recommended.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Our whole experience from start to finish was appalling. We chose our carpet and placed our order with approx 6weeks before it was due to be fitted. Four days before fitting was due we received a one line email saying that the carpet we chose was no longer made and could we please choose a different one from a PDF picture by the next day otherwise our fitting would be postponed. The carpet fitter who came to fit the carpet was unbelievably rude and verbally aggressive. I have never experienced such an unprofessional service.
