My sister and I cannot thank the staff at Westgate for the care they gave to my mother and us. They were empathetic, extremely professional and so respectful until the end.

Disgusting actions from staff! 2022 and still acceptable for people to be left to die alone! My mum wanted to be with my grandad for he’s last hours, but because it went past your visiting hours she was made to leave. For him then to die alone, unforgivable actions what has this world come too!

Our mum just past away but Westgate staff made our mum feel at home and there level off care is out standing I can't recommend Westgate enough if you want good care for your loved ones this is a place to check out, a big thankyou too all the staff from Michael and cinny and on behalf of our mum sigrid thankyou

Westgate is one big happy family there is so much care and love from everyone, there are so many special bonds between care staff and the residents , Nancy is a wonderful manger and is very caring towards her staff , Jackie my unit manger has soo much faith in me she has helped me so much to progress 😃 I recommend Westgate for anyone that wishes their family members to have a home from home experience.
