great place to work if you enjoy customer service and working in a fast paced enviornment. staff members are very nice and everyone is very encouraging and will push you to be your best. would be a great place to work for someone with customer service experience looking to expand there knowledge in a warehouse environment. Very interesting place to work. new challenges everyday.

Spent a few years working for West One Technology, great place to work at always lots of different things to do and get involved with, depends on how much you want to push yourself and succeed. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there, great atmosphere (they even have a Starbucks on-site!) and the whole team very friendly and made you feel part of the W1 family right away, I felt that I learnt alot here and was able to take what I learnt into my next role, everyday a new challenge to overcome and new skill learnt, lots of room for growth and progression. The director is a very good mentor and role model and wouldn't hesitate in working for West One Technology again.

This is a review of their Trade In service. West One Technology power the trade in service for Microsoft in the UK. I sent a laptop in for trade in under the premise of a £390 trade in value (assuming the laptop is functional and as described). West One Technology advise they can send you a revised valuation after inspecting - so was anticipating a lower offer...but £33 for a Macbook Pro after initially being advised of a £390 trade in value is an absolute insult. The real cheek is they then make you pay the return postage, if you don't accept their offer, otherwise they will 'recycle' your item. Essentially, ZERO POINT for you to use West One Technology for trade in - it's fake. They get you to send in your device under a fake valuation that is nowhere near what they will offer you...then massively low ball you. Waste of time.

I can vouch that west one technology can repair apple goods when apple fail to solve simple issues. On the environment apple could learn many things from this recycler.

No one available to deal with sales, eBay sales number just keep ringing. After trying 1-2 hours the switch board referred me to send an e-mail for query as no one available to take calls. There is no reply to my e-mails and no one available to communicate. I don't know how this company running the business.
