Wessex locksmiths is a small locksmith business based at Abbotsbury road in Weymouth, Dorset. The business has been running for 25 years with a qualified master locksmith and the business running as an approved company to the master locksmiths association. The company has two locksmiths and a shop assistant. Our locksmiths cover most of Dorset and the shop is open 6 days a week.
We stock a lot of keys and locks in the shop and if we do not have what you need in stock we can order it in within days.

S Evers5 StarI wanted two keyed alike cylinder locks which I measured and specified and I arranged for Wessex to supply and fit them.
Paid a deposit in their shop and a few days later the engineer came to fit the locks only to discover that they were not keyed alike.
He went away again and returned the next day with fresh cylinders and keys which were correct and fitted them as arranged.
Not a brilliant experience but good enough, shame that the locks were not right in the first place.
The company were polite and responsive throughout and the manufacturing mistake was not theirs however the engineer had said that he would see if he could give me a graphite lock lubricant to make up for the error, and when the job was done denied all knowledge of that.
This company are reasonably good and professional but not cheap.Tuesday 18th January 2022
