Well what can I say… I visited the Hinckley wed2b store yesterday 25.4.22 and what an experience it was. Being a bigger girl I felt as if people would look at me like I don't belong in there, but everyone was fantastic. Especially my stylist Sophie, she was amazing and really made me feel at ease whilst being there. She was lovely and chatty, nothing was too much for her, after two dresses I found my beautiful dream dress. Thank you so much for your fantastic service and everything you did for me and making my day so perfect, myself and my bridal party had an amazing day!!

What a fantastic experience I have had with Wed2B. In one day (Sunday 2nd October), I started my journey at Derby Wed2B, and ended it in Hinckley Wed2B, and both stores and all members of staff provided a friendly, personable and very helpful service. In Derby, I tried on many dresses since I had no idea what I liked, having never tried on a wedding dress before. The ONLY negative was the stock level, which was of no fault of the staff and is the reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5. I had over 20 on my 'Wishlist' from the website, but unfortunately they didn't have a single one of them in store (Derby) in my size, or near to to try on. We THINK we found the one, but the size was far too tight on me, and I just couldn't get a particular one off my mind that I had seen online, so they called around and found they had the one I tried on in my size, plus the one in my size from online (my favourite one!). They wrote down all of the products for me that I had tried on (veil, vine, headpiece) and off I went on my way to Hinckley store. When I arrived at Hinckley, they had the 2 dresses ready and waiting, and with 40 minutes until closing we didn't have much time to waste. They were very efficient but didn't make me feel rushed. The dress from online that I couldn't get out of my head, is the one I ended up purchasing and walking away with that very day, so I am glad I went with my heart. As I do not get married till next November, my intention was purely to try on shapes and sizes, ready for shopping with Bridesmaids in January. Unexpectedly I found my perfect dress and it is ready and waiting for me, what a relief! I had both Mothers there with me just in case this happened. I want to thank all staff who helped me at both stores for making my first experience pleasurable and simple. The prices are sooooo much cheaper than most bridal shops, but the quality of staff and products do not show this at all. I would recommend to anybody!

I went here for a bridesmaid dress, we were warmly invited in and was shown straight to the dresses and given a selection in my size. They were helpful with sizing even though the 10 was too big and the 8 was the right size then were explaining to go safe and go my normal size so they can be adjusted to be made to you rather than going to small and not having much to be able to do with the dress. I think you have to go elsewhere for a seamstress but they may have options or recommendations to do it there I'm not too sure. They had a variety of brides dresses, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, robes, belts, a few accessories. An appointment is not needed. Three changing rooms. Toilets. Drinks aren't provided but I think you can ask or pop into Sainsbury's for a drink to take in. Have to check. Wheelchair and pushchair accessible. Plenty of Parking in Hinckley and in Sainsbury's - charges apply unless ask for a car park and spend money in the crescent area.

Caroline was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, lovely and patient. She listened to my ideas and also gave her advice. She knew what I was after before I did! I have left with the dress of my dreams thanks to her, something I would of never chosen on my own. Thank you so much again Caroline and all the lovely staff at Wed 2 Be Hinckley!

Incredible! So much choice. I called before and they sent me a list of dresses in stock in the style I was looking at. When I went the service was amazing. Assigned one person who was just brilliant and tried lots of dresses on. I went away to think about it and my dress sold! I ordered it in from their London store and it arrived so quickly. Dresses are incredible value for money but such high quality and stunning designs. They also give you a list of seamstresses too! Highly recommend
