Would like to make a note on behalf of residents where the gas works is done this week and next week. . Your employees are wonderful, helpful and has great standards. During our residents evening chat, we were discussing about the workmen in our street. Everyone has been singing the same song of praise. If we could have the email address we are happy to write a letter of appreciation and thanking all those workmen in our street. As a company you should be proud to have good dedicated workers. We are really grateful to have them in our street this week and next week.

What a caring and efficient company! They have recently replaced a gas main in my mums road and have looked after mum, kept her informed every step of the way so she’s not anxious & even supplied her with an electric heater in case she got cold when the gas was off for a day! Your workmen & staff are lovely, a credit to your company!

I would like to commend your workforce replacing the gas mains etc. in Wallbridge Lane Upchurch. Not only have they worked extremely hard and often long hours, they have been courteous and considerate, have been very accommodating of the residents and kept disruption to the minimum where possible.

Would give a zero if I could. We live in a cul-de-sac, so only one way in and out of our road. My wife was held up by their lorries blocking the road on her way to work in the NHS. She asked them to move as she has to go to work, while the driver scrolled through his phone in the cab and pointed for her to go around. She was not told how long they would be, nor was any other person brought to deal with the situation. In mounting the curb to get around, the exhaust of our vehicle was damaged, with WCB refusing to take any responsibility.

Hi, just a quick review to say thanks to your gang for the tidiness and politeness and being very informative on the planned gas mains replacement on Lancelot avenue,strood .as some one who works for another gas mains replacement company it’s good to see safe and tidy site ,sorry I can’t remember the team leader but I did speak to Ian and charlie.a credit to WCB.
