I am the Honorary Secretary of Dereham Rugby Football Club, a grassroots, not-for-profit players club. We recently had issues with our waste pump meaning sewage was backing up. We had other quotes for the work to replace the pump completely, however Waveney managed to fix our issues by replacing some parts and utilising existing parts where they could. This engineering approach saved the club money, which was greatly appreciated during this Covid epidemic as with no Rugby being played, we currently have very limited income as normally rely on taking on the bar during home games. Waveney were professional from stat to finish and we appreciate the help the gave us to help keep the community club running.
