Warren Bay Holiday Village is less than a mile outside of the historic and attractive seaside town of Watchet, which in recent years has seen the redevelopment of the Harbour into a superb Marina.

The area around Warren Bay is one of outstanding and dramatic natural beauty, with the Bristol Channel on its door step. Behind the Village lies the West Somerset Railway, the longest privately owned and restored steam railway line in the country. On each side lies the Quantock Hills and the Exmoor National Park.

COVID -19 Update - From the Government announcement on Monday 22nd February, all Caravan and lodge owners will be able to stay at their Holiday Homes from Monday 12th April.

Just looked at booking on this site as spent many year here when kids were younger But my god the prices are shocking couldn't believe a one night stay would be £30 for 2 adults and 1 dog there's nothing there in my opinion to justify this Won't be going there ever again so will put it in past holidays to forget

Very wet but really enjoyed being there. Right on the beach, bus stop outside if you don't drive. You can walk along the beach to Watchet, toilets and showers are clean

The most brilliant stay at Woodside retreat, would 1000% recommend to all!!! Beautiful place to visit and the pebble beach is a 5 min walk from the site
