Snowy W5 StarMy wife's Picanto went in for front end work on insurance claim. The whole experience was fantastic, from a real nice guy who picked car up to the end when car was dropped back home. Kieran Clarke5 StarWas in an accident that wasn’t my fault, my insurance sorted out this garage to fix the problems to my car, service was excellent. They came to collect my car very quick, let me return whilst undergoing work to get some things from the boot that I needed, returned it for me in immaculate condition. As good as new, with a valet service which it really needed, would recommended. Waiting room is nice aswell with free hot drinks. Thank you.Saturday 11th June 2022
Zoe Kirk5 StarSomeone drove into our Golf R32 while we were parked up. The car was collected by Warley Car Clinic for repair but when it came back, it still had a few issues. They collected the same day, repaired everything again and the service we have received has been outstanding. We honestly couldn't fault them at all. I would definitely go to them for any work needed.
Polite, professional, and customer service from everyone is another level.

I was nervous as my car was under a year old but they are a VW approved body shop and there was no need to worry, their workmanship is top class. When I collected my car it had been fully valeted and looked brand new.I appreciated the follow up call the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the repair and to my surprise a certificate for the repair that it has been repaired to manufacture standard with genuine parts.Monday 18th April 2022
