Nicole Smith of Wards Strood has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I must say she is a real asset to the company. She was always on hand to help and made my buying journey easy and convenient. She is really a committed Sales Advisor and will make all the effort to put you at ease in such stressful times. The were a few hiccups with my survey and she actually took it upon herself to make all necessary calls to chase whiles keeping all parties involved fully informed. I cannot thank her enough for all her help and I'm truly grateful for Wards having such a talent on their team!! Finally all moved into our forever home. After a disastrous start with Moxy, Chloe from Wards took over and it was plain sailing from there onwards. Chloe was professional and kept us in the loop every step of the way and and reassured us when I was feeling the pressure. I’m just annoyed with myself for not using Wards from the beginning which would have avoided unnecessary stress. Anyone can sell a house but getting a house through to completion can have its complications and Chloe smashed it. Would highly recommend Chloe to anyone looking to move. Thank you for all your hard work!
