If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst service I have ever received. DO NOT GO WITH THEM! We went to view and later placed an offer on a new build property of which the information that was given to us about service charge was the main green light to us wanting to purchase. I felt like they took advantage of mine and my partners age. Later down the line after a lot of misinformation therefore a breach on their side. We pulled out of our purchase after £1000's of pound had been spent. When I complained to WARDS and the Developer no one was helpful or took responsibility just calling me a liar and saying I must have been confused. Waiting weeks for a response of everything I had already been told which was just excuses. No one is taking responsibility for our loss of money or time, just excuses and saying we must be confused. Absolutely disgusted!

I've been 'house hunting' since 2018... specifically in Rochester. I registered with EVERY single estate agent in the area, but I can say in all honesty that the personal service provided by Wards of Rochester, more specifically Debra Andrews, has been second to none. After viewing over over 50 houses that weren't quite what I wanted, Debra contacted me regarding a potential house of interest, which she knew is matched my criteria. Not only did she seek me out, she did an amazing job from start to finish, resulting in completion in time for Stamp duty savings last week! I cannot endorse the services of Wards of Rochester enough, and if you contact them, ask for Debra!

From the start of our buying and selling process the team at Wards Rochester have been fantastic so far. Since Keshal came to the value our property we were sure that we had made the right choice. His knowledge and professionalism gave us the confidence that we could achieve what we needed to and boy did they deliver with us achieving an asking price offer on our property in less than 2 weeks of marketing and agreeing a purchase on our new house first time of asking. Debbie and Jason have been excellent with supporting us whenever Keshal has been unavailable always making sure that they know exactly what the latest was and offering advice along the way. Especially when I came to Jason doing our video tour (which was better than we even thought possible) and showing people around our home taking the stress away from us when we needed it the most. We are now looking forward to pushing ahead and completing our sale and purchase with the confidence that Wards Rochester will continue to do everything to make it as easy and painless as it has been so far, So couldn’t recommend them enough

From before even the valuation stage, wards have offered us first class service throughout our move. Keshal guided us through the initial stages, with excellent prompt communication throughout, delivering on every promise. Debbie was fantastic once we were on the market, with fantastic comms and getting us the traffic we needed in order to sell, once again delivering on the promises we were made at the start of the process. Would recommend anyone selling their house proceed with no other than wards of Rochester.
