Excellent service. Richard arrived on time, was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the whole sales process succinctly and clearly. He answered all of our questions and was eager to hear our opinions. It's always odd to invite a stranger into your home, but if you are going to do that, I'd highly recommend that it's someone like Richard.

We worked with Alex at Wards of Larkfield and we thought she was extremely professional and responsive. The way she handled our house hunting seemed as if she was buying a property for herself - always thoroughly responding to our questions, and engaged, providing general knowledge about the local schools and following up with us the next day.
