We are approximately a 5 minute walk from Sainsburys which has free parking for 3 hours, and there is also a pay and display car park nearby. Both train and bus stations are a 5/10 minute walk from the store. I am visiting from America and the left lens of my glasses popped out. The screw was too small and stripped for home repair. The folks at Vision Express replaced the screw and fixed me up with no charge. (PS During the brief wait time I tried on some of the 99 pound frames and they all looked great on me — much more flattering than the selection at my hometown LensCrafters.)

I visited Vision Express for the first time recently. The service I received was excellent. I was greeted with a smile and Gemma talked me through the ins and outs of my new contact lenses. I was apprehensive about the process but needn't have been , I love them.

Really good service from the moment the phone was answered to arrange an appointment. All the guys are really helpful, friendly, and - unusual for the current times - incredibly polite. I cannot fault the service that I received and Hassan was an excellent clinician. It is often unfair to single out an individual but in this case Michelle was worthy of specific mention. She is keen to help, incredibly professional and very experienced. She made the whole process of eye test, prescription, choice of lenses, choice of frames etc… a pleasure rather than a chore!
