He was very responsive to my emails which is a quality that is hard to get these days. He was very calm and understanding even If I asked him the same questions again.
There were times I didn’t understand certain aspects regarding mortgages and Steve explained them to me thoroughly in a simplified manner, which allowed me to understand the whole mortgage process.

From start to finish, Zara was professional but at the same time personable and extremely helpful with my requirements (multiple Ltd company BTL plus a personal mortgage at the same time!).
Zara always kept in touch with progress and I hugely appreciate her patience fielding my many (many!) questions.
