I was looking for a stairs & landing carpet and my sister had used this company for hers last year and as they made an excellent job I couldn't really go wrong in putting my trust in Victoria Carpets. We popped into their store and they were very welcoming and helpful even with my drawing and measurements scribbled on paper 😃, they were happy to provide an estimate based on those to which I was taken aback with the costs to supply and fit the carpet, underlay and door plates, I couldn't believe how much cheaper they are compared to the well known stores but the quality of the carpet I chose was far from cheap, it was so thick and sumptuous and very thick underlay too, and I still saved a good few hundred pounds. The next gobsmacking moment was when the gentleman asked 'when would you like it fitting' I said 'oh when you can fit me in' to which he said tomorrow, after picking myself up off the floor 😃 he took my details, one of the team came to measure that evening, and a he called back to confirm a firm cost and that the fitting team would be with us between 10 & 11 this morning. Both gentleman turned up on time, as promised and 1hr later we have a beautiful fitted stairs carpet. I will just like to say a huge thank you for the excellent job and how welcoming you were in store, and will pass on a recommendation to family and friends.

Very good service from ordering the carpet to it being fitted. Good customer service all round. Fitters did a great job . 2nd time used this company. Good prices and quality .

Had whole house fitted with carpet and also got Lino. Excellent service and everything sorted in timely manner with their good fitting team. Even went back and very helpful with off-cuts of Lino. To top it off excellent pricing and very transparent. Thanks Mubarak and the team
