I think that Vicary and Co are an excellent management company and I trust their judgement when it comes to finding tenants.  I was very worried about being a landlord when I first bought my house but Andy totally put my mind at rest and has made it a very simple process.  He has found me two sets of tenant who have looked after the property exceptionally well and I am happy to continue with a third set of tenants for  the foreseeable future  Andy and Kelsey are always at the end of the phone to answer any queries and I feel very confident in their abilities. We have been very impressed throughout with the professional, courteous and prompt service from Kelsey at Vicary and Co. Our communication was answered promptly and efficiently and the whole process of buying a property went smoothly. I have been a tenant of a property managed by Vicary & Co for nearly six years and have found them to be both very capable and very professional in every dealing I have had with them. I have dealt with Maxine from Vicary for most of my tenancy and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. While there has been very few issues with the property over my time here, Vicary & Co have been prompt and professional in dealing with the issues. I would recommend Vicary & Co to anyone looking to rent a property.

Man at the Bridport office was very rude and angry and accused me of shouting at him (which I most definitely did not). He also asked me about benefits which I'm not sure he was allowed to do. He never called me back as he said he would, when I called him , he was rude, spoke over me and raised his voice. I was left feeling very upset and not really understanding what was going on. I work full time in a professional position so I didn't feel that I deserved his onslaught of being spoken down to!! Very upsetting

I am a tenant of Vicary and Co's and at first I was a bit nervous as their rules and regulations are so stringent but then I realised that this is obviously why they obtain the best tenants for their landlords. Maxine is a super efficient power-house and has often gone way beyond the call of duty to assist me with various issues. 12 out of 10 letting agents!!!!!
