Delighted with my verisure alarm and customer support. I accidentally set off my alarm myself and received prompt notifications to check all was OK. Cheri from customer support provided excellent service today to make sure I was getting the most from my new system, and was polite and friendly. I had a Verisure alarm system fitted yesterday(Sunday) by Paul Rich and Toby. Both were polite, friendly and efficient. Everything was installed without mess or disruption and the equipment and technology was fully explained . I decided to have an alarm system fitted for peace of mind and was amazed to learn that it also comes with an SOS feature as well as a 999 feature for emergencies. Living alone and many miles away from family, I now fee completely secure and have the peace of mind that I have someone there at the press of a button. The whole experience has been a pleasure and I am happy with my decision as well as the expert installation. Thank you Verisure! Right from the initial contact through to installation the service was excellent. There was no pressure selling and you felt as though the package you were offered was tailored only to meet your needs. There were no extras added or even offered it was only as discussed and most definitely what was needed first class job. The whole process from start to finish with Verisure was excellent, efficient and professional. The Call Centre called very quickly during the quote process and arranged for Jake from the Nottingham Branch to attend to undertake the same day. Jake arrived on time and was smart, knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to demonstrate and explain what we needed and, crucially, what, we didn't. Wes gave Jake some help with the final costing which was much more cost-effective than we had anticipated and we agreed to have a full-specification installation the next day (it was dark outside otherwise immediate installation would have been possible). Next day, spot on the time promised, Jake and then Chris arrived and did the installation and set-up. Again, they had all the time in the world to demonstrate and explain the system and features and were very reassuring. Ironically, the night following installation a small issue triggered the alarm at 03:47 and, although it was a bit of a shock, the monitoring centre were calling within a few seconds (literally) to check we were OK and see what was happening. Very reassuring that the installation and the monitoring work perfectly! Chris rapidly reattended within a few hours to sort the small issue that had triggered the alarm and even took the time to demonstrate the operation of the system to our neighbours who look after things when we're away. We genuinely cannot praise Verisure and in particular Jake, Chris and Wes from Verisure Nottingham for an outstanding and professional level of service.

This is the worst company imaginable it has terrible customer service and the policies that don't make any sense.I have been trying to cancel for OVER 3 MONTHS Now! Absolutely no joyWhen you call them their team can only raise a case to the 'customer care' team. Why they are named this is anyone's gues because the level of service they give, very clearly shows an incredible lack of care.They do not provide call back within the given SLA 2-3 working days. They don't cal back within the times provided (I work and cannot answer them phone during work hours), they don't work weekends, they do t take inbound customer calls. And the chance you get to speak to them they are incredibly rude and blunt! What care do they have for customers.?!Due to the incredibly poor customer service I have cancelled the direct debit as I refuse to pay for a seriously poor customer experience and a service that is not being used!The billing team Is incredibly quick to chase up for money! But when asking about the cancelling and unistallling of the equipment (which they charge £70) they have no clue and have to 'raise a case with the customer care team'. That's another 2-3 days for the call back.... Which if they manage to call back within this SLA they do it not within the times requested... The call is missed and I have to ca back! This is a vicious never ending circle.As the direct debit is cancelled they have send a threatening letter saying the 'debt' will be sold to a debt collection agency only after 2 months of non payments! Who does this! Most company will sell the debt to debt collection agencies after 6 months of arrears!I have rang them up today and have been assured by an agent this will not happen and it is their policy that after 6 months of arrears the debt can be sold. But after the terrible customer service I do not believe them.Today is the last day of the 3 month cancellation... Nobody has contacted me to book an engineer.... Rang them... You'd never guess! They have to raise a case with the customer care team!THIS NIGHT MARE IS NEVERENDING! But let this be a warning to everyone!DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! IT IS AN OVERLY PRICED SERVICE WITH A TERIBLY BUILT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

absolutely appalling customer service canceled 9 months ago noticed I was still getting charged theyhad put me on rolling contract, got told I had to re cancel I did this3 months ago still getting charged now from nearly 9 months ago, im forever ringing.g them on.my day off to get told they will ring back in.a day or two, so I call back when they don't ring been going on.tbis way for months next step is snall claims court to get my money back been nothing but hassle start to finish worst company iv ever death with in my life caused me a mental breakdown and still not sorted
