Site Visits:
We
have procedures now in place for when our engineers meet you
face-face, should you wish to discuss or advise us of anything
relevant prior please contact 01623 811225 option 4 during
office hours.
Our
engineers normally will be calling ahead prior to travel and
again as they arrive.
You
will be required to Social Distance from our engineers at all
times, any breach will result in our engineers aborting the
job and immediately leaving site.
Persons
Contaminated:
In
the case of any person(s) on-site being COVID-19 contaminated
the visit acceptance is totally at our engineers discretion
and you will be required to fully Social Distance yourself
together with any relevant other person(s) in line with
Government Health guidelines all prior to us exiting the
safety of our vehicle.

Steve Jones5 StarWould highly recommend Vault. Pre-installation, Peter was really helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different options and what the installation would entail. On the day, Will was professional - friendly and polite and just got on with the job but when there were decisions to make because of complications, he clearly explained the options so we could decide what we wanted him to do. Will was also very tidy. On the first evening, we had a problem setting the alarm but Peter responded to an email that night and Will quickly helped us resolve this the next day . The company are polite, friendly, efficient, very professional, and more importantly 100% trustworthy. paul sanderson5 StarTOM did an excellent job of installing us a maglocking system to the salon. He did a very neat job and tidied up after himself, keeping the salon ready for opening the following day. Vault always keep the alarm etc in good working order and are always available if we ever need them.
