If they try to book in a valuation on your property, run a mile! Should have gone by the reviews on here but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, I shouldn’t have! Their surveyor visited us for all of 7 minutes and down-valued our house £21k. Unbeknownst to them, we’d already had a valuation undertaken from a more reputable company only 8 weeks prior who agreed the sale price was correct! Do not, I repeat DO NOT allow these cowboys to value your property. As other reviews say they are pressured into down valuing!

Richard delivered an excellent service. He sent the home valuation report ahead of estimated time. He called me before visiting the property to check if there was anything we would like him to look at. And when the report was back, he quickly answered all the questions we had. Thanks to his knowledge, my next steps are now clear.

I'm not sure why there are any bad reviews to be honest, must be a case of 'only those who post a review, only do so because they have had a bad experience'. Personally, I couldn't recommend these guys enough. My surveyor was local to myself and he helped me enormously to understand more about the property I was purchasing. Martin James was incredible. He called me the day before the appointment and asked whether there was anything in particular I wanted him to look for, which relieved me because there were indeed certain things I was concerned about. Mr James then carried out the survey and called me straight after he was done to advise me all about what he found, answered my questions and as a first time buyer, that was invaluable. I even received my report within half an hour if the call ending. Absolutely brilliant, really can't fault them. I also corresponded with Rosmarie and Hannah, via email and they were incredibly professional. Well done all and thank you for your efforts.

I couldn't be happier with the service we received. We were called ahead of time to discuss any concerns we had with the property, and I received the survey report the following day. The report was really clear and easy to understand compared to a lot of documentation we've had in our house buying process so far.

Ridiculous survey- described problems with a cavity wall insulation, the property has none lol 😂 failed to notice escape window at ground floor level and said loft conversion did not comply to safety even though it was passed by council! Same with gas and electrics, boilers etc all with certificates but they didn’t ask for them so assumed they didn’t exist! Many more ‘made up’ issues, devalued house by £25,000 so obviously going to turn this down and their buyers will have to look for a new property having wasted their money on this survey!
