Excellent company! 10 years later no complaints. They installed our blinds in Highpoint village Hayes way back in 2012 when we first moved in. Well we’ve been here now 10 years and our blinds are perfect just the odd broken weight and hanger here and there. So I sent an email to them and immediately they posted 10 weights to my home address. Their customer service is excellent!!! We bought a few extra weights today Thursday October 20th to avoid having to wait in the future if any more broke and my husband Tony went to their office In Uxbridge to pick them up. Once again great service! And great blinds! Thank you. I thought I’d write a review to thank them for their lovely blinds. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing blinds.

Be warned. This company will sell you products but does not provide after care support. We spent in excess of £5000 on electric blinds,. The motor went on one of them in June 2018. We have repeatedly contacted the company since then only to be told that someone will get back to us. This never happens. We eventually found another company to take a look. It seems the products they use are imported from China and it has proved very difficult to obtain replacements when things so wrong. So wish we had never heard of Valley Blinds.

Phoned them up on Friday to ask for an appointment to measure up for some blinds. A person called Craig stated he would call me back on monday to arrange an early morning appointment as they only work 9 - 5 mon to fri. Mon came and went and no answer. Went down to them on Fri eve. as got off early from work and they are only around the corner from me, spoke to Craig again, he apologised for not getting back to me and came with me to measure up. He stated he would send the quote through the letterbox as requested on monday. Again Mon. came and went. Then I actually saw him by chance on Fri. and I asked him where is my quote. He apologised again and stated he would have the quote with me by the end of the day. Guess what? I got home after 5 and no quote.

I visited Valley Blinds at their offices - they really know their stuff. They provide a great range of commercial blinds.
