Update, I have improved my star to 3 as they reviewed and reduced the invoice as it appeared to be a supplier issue. Very disappointed. Don't use this company. Go elsewhere. This company contacted my mum after she was put in touch with them after her normal plumber was not available,  the quoted with a phone call, not stating what parts would be used, in this case a shower which could have been bought from an online or retail plumb centre for around £200. She was unsure but like many older people is a trusting person and agreed. They carried out the work and then sent the bill, £90 fitting fee, which seemed OK, but then £400 for the shower?? That's massively marked up, if we had have known this we could have bought the shower from Screwfix and just paid the fitting fee, which would have been around £300 and not the over £500 bill received. I contacted the company to express my concerns when the bill arrived, and they just said 'thats what they paid for the shower'. I asked if they would reconsider and they just hung up on me. I would not normally complain so publicly  but I get cross when i feel companies over charge people, especially older vulnerable people. If they had have been more realistic with the bill and compromised I would not have posted this review,  they were not interested.
