Since I started working here my communication skills and my view of people changed a lot. I love the diversity in the workplace, everybody is friendly and there to help you, and that is rare in any type of work... The business development program trains you to become a better version of yourself and to be able to work alone and with other people. Every morning I’m excited to go to work, and every day you learn something different. You will never feel bored, and the best thing is that my colleagues are also my friends! We enjoy working together and after work we also have fun together. Most welcoming people ever!

I was impressed to spend a fair amount of time with managers and the managing director of the company. Not because they are usually busy, but also because they show a genuine interest for spending time with the team and getting to know us as individuals outside of work too. This helped when it came to mutual feedback, as I started feeling we were actually listening to each other’s voices and opinions. The feedback regarding my work though was always methodical and easy for me to implement.

Working with the team uproar vision during lock down has been an amazing experience. The team are a true asset of the company. Everyone is professional, encouraging and willing to extra mile to support other team members during this difficult times. Directors have been hands on with the new members of the team and really surprised how connected the team are. Have thoroughly enjoyed the training so far and looking forward to be part of the growth in the next couple of months. I would highly recommend.

They have an extensive collection of training programmes that I personally have not experienced in other workplace. During the lock down period I have personally developed my skills in Sales, presentations and public speaking. The team work has been amazing. Everyone in the team willing to help each other out and have an open line of communication. I personally have never felt unsure with the task I have. I’m excited what the future holds working with this team.
