Very helpful staff, great selection of balloons and party decorations catering for every occasion. Good to be able to park outside too. If only they had a better selection of wrapping paper with ages on, they'd be supplying the whole birthday package.

The birthday balloons didn’t even last one day .. bought it on Friday for Saturday.. can’t believe it !! Waited for them to be done nearly 45 minutes.. one ballon 9th Birthday and 2 small balloons set of 3 .. the small set didn’t make for the party .. Shame !! Very disappointed!

Poor customer service. Picked up some balloons, needed two trips. Not knowing what balloons I had to pick up, I was forced to leave my partner while I went and dropped of the first car full of balloons. It was cold and raining. I understand about the covid 19 restrictions, but the shop assistant left my partner outside in the cold and rain. I thought she would have allowed her to stand inside the door, out of the weather. WOULD NOT RECOMMED OR USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS RATING -5 STARS IT WOULD BE!!!!!!!!
