Jonathan Wilkins5 StarWent in here for my living room carpet, no pressure to buy or salesmen skulking about, lots of options and the gentleman we spoke to was really polite and took our order once we had decided, arranged fitting within one week, the fitters they used were quick & professional and kept us upto date for there arrival time.
Will be going back for some more flooring very shortly.

Daria Lungu1 StarI HAVE NEVER HAD A MORE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN A STORE BEFORE! First, some very rude middle school or high school girls came in and started jumping on all the mattresses while me and my boyfriend were checking them (we wanted to buy one). Then they started calling us rude names and when I went to talk to the staff, they said they can do nothing about it and that police can't do anything about it because they are kids. I checked that and you can be convicted with crime in the UK as young as 10 years old. And yes, anti-social behavior is against the law. The staff was useless and didn't care about their costumers. And as the staff said, those kids were coming there regularly. Don't go to this place if this will be the experience!Monday 31st January 2022
