I was previously selling with another estate agent that was trying to sell my property for £40,000 under the properties potential worth. I found a property though Underhills and I told them about my sale and they stopped me from making a very big mistake that would have cost me dearly. They resold my property for £40,000 more and I can not thank them enough. The process was made so easy and they kept me informed along the way. Very honest and har working estate agent and I will definitely use them again in the future.
