My car had three new tyres and the wheels balanced at Tyreweb then had to make a return visit to have the tracking done. My car didn’t feel right so I went somewhere else and had the wheels rebalanced, each wheel needed weights- 10, 15, 40 and 45. They couldn’t have been balanced properly at Tyreweb so I won’t be going back there again!

Local garage that constantly deliver absolutely superb service. Quick response & arranged last minute and emergency bookings on both Lexus-es: GS300 & LS600H, competitive prices and a very professional 5*service in all aspects. I normally tend to use for MOTs and tyres only but staff and branch more than capable to handle other service tasks where others failed (eg recent LS600 brake dics/pads and Anti Roll Bar Links service elsewhere followed by immediate bad knocking sound failed to sort out whereas Tyreweb Team in seconds identified a missing NUT and resolved on the spot on a late Saturday without prior arrangements when asked to help with TPMS bad sensor/warning light. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a trustworthy and reliable service. THANK YOU everyone from Manager to mechanics.

Paid for tracking when having tyres fitted, was told twice it was done, it wasn’t, refund given but feel angry that they lied to me, won’t visit again.
