The new tyres were daubed in white grease and still make the brand new tyres look dreadful... Sue used to be right on the ball customer engagement wise, but seems to have slipped somewhat...
Update 19th April: The owner of the business contacted me directly on my private number three times , to repeatedly accuse me of lying and slandering on my review, and the delay somehow being my fault. Despite the evidence i had, he did not take kindly to my honest review of their service level. I had to block his number as it was heading towards harassment.
As garage manager over many years, Sue has always does a great job for me, and i imagine this incident was just a rare oversight on her afternoon off.Tuesday 19th April 2022
