Ordered a RockerPlate React there about a month ago. As soon as I cut open the packaging, I noticed a strong, unpleasant, pungent odor from the screen printing plate. So I stored the RockerPlate outside for almost two weeks to air it out. Despite airing it out, the RockerPlate stinks so much in the fitness room that I haven't even tested the RockerPlate to this day. The smell is strongly reminiscent of vinegar (sour, pungent) and in no way corresponds to the smell of screen printing plates that can be bought here in the Bauhaus. The smell hasn't gone away in a month either. Wanted to send the product back because of this (30 days right of return), but unfortunately the RockerPlate was not accepted due to the size/weight and missing customs papers to England. The RockerPlate is currently in the open again and I am trying to get rid of it in another way. The support replies quickly - but couldn't help me either. The RockerPlate is certainly recommended for all those who smell bad or who don't mind a sour pungent smell in the room or who train with it outdoors. Otherwise, you should think very carefully about having something like this sent to you in the EU, since the product cannot be returned so easily if you don't like it.
