Mark Comber1 StarSpent £24700 on a car, 2 days after purchase find passenger electric seat not working, also Stop/Start not working. Told to drive car for a few days charge battery, decided to test battery myself, At 11.7v it is considered dead.
10days later, car gets collected for repair returns back to me 18days later. Allegedly all sorted. The electric seat was repaired, stop/start still not working, same old Knackered battery.
After phone call to Rik (manager) Verbally agreed to refund the cost of a new battery if I had it fitted to save the car going in for repair again. So I spend £175 to have battery & fitted. Forwarded receipt as requested, 1 week on No Refund.
Absolutely sick of their attitude and penny pinching, the car should have been 100% before leaving the Forecourt,. The only way to get a response from them at cobham is to complain to Trustford Customer service.
So now I am leaving a Negative review based upon a diabolical service. I never expected to be treated like this from such a Large known company. I feel as though I have been sold a car by Arthur Daley.
My Advice is find the same model at another Ford dealer.Saturday 3rd September 2022

made it very hard to get my deposit back and i am still waiting for its return!
