I found Mun after lockdown where working from home had ruined my back, I was in pain and finding it hard to move like a 'normal' person. He has worked miracles and not only focused on my back and physical health, he has also helped with my mental and overall wellbeing and life goals. I'm no longer in pain, feel 10yrs younger and finally getting back to feeling myself again for the first time since before lockdown! He has been amazing and life changing.
