A new experience for me part exchanging and buying a car online without a physical viewing or test drive first. Initially a fairly daunting prospect with trust being a major consideration, but Tom at True Vehicle Sales was friendly and professional and guided me throughout the process. I was not disappointed on prompt delivery of my new car and collection of my part ex and after noticing a few bumper scuffs that were not visible in pics/video, Tom offered to arrange for local body shop work with full payment without hesitation. The car is now in superb condition again and is a joy to drive. I have no regrets in my purchase through True Vehicle Sales and I would definitely recommend this company and if they had the right car for me again, I would be very happy to make another online purchase with them in future. We did not know about True Vehicle Sales until about 3 weeks ago, on my doorstep with a fantastic range of low mileage cars. Excellent Service from Tom, arranged out of hours viewing & weekend pickup going the extra mile on customer service. Very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and from start to finish such an easy transaction. Sorted out the tax online and a detailed handover. Great Job and another happy customer would recommend.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my new Twilight Purple M4, amazing condition and brilliant spec, loving the full OEM carbon kit, leather dash and ICON headlights.
