This afternoon (6/5/22) I went to your yard in Margate. I knew what I wanted, but could not explain it very well. I Matt in the shop and very badly explained what I was after. He took time to ask me questions and research my request. Matt then took me out to Simon. He explained to Simon what I was after and h3 left me in Simon’s capable hands. I chose the wood I wanted and after same further questions as to what I was going to use the wood, between them, Matt and Simon offered for Simon to cut wood in half so as I could get it in my car. I went in to pay Matt and I actually said, “Do you treat all your customers like this? I feel like Royalty”. Simon cut the wood and loaded it in my car. Customer care at its best. Thank you very much.
