I Broke down in Alton whilst visiting relatives, radiator had burst, found trade tyres and called in hope they may be able to fit me in for a fix, I was informed they were very busy but would try there best to help, within the hour A pleasant young man called me and said he could come and have a quick look at my car to see what could be done, obviously I agreed and he arrived about 40 minutes later and confirmed the radiator needed replacing and there was a slim chance he could get one same day and fit for me, obviously I was delighted and agreed, he then left. Then about 3:30pm I had a message saying he was on way back to me with a replacement radiator which he duly fitted and refilled with new coolant and job was done. I call this excellent service and the price was more than agreeable, it is a shame I live so far away as I would not hesitate using this garage again, I can not recommend there service and customer assistance high enough it is of the highest quality anyone could possibly expect

Been using this place for a few years now, Must say the most helpful and polite guys You’d wish to meet. Had a knocking noise coming from my A3 diagnosed and fixed promptly. I’ve recommended to family and friends also work colleagues. Highly recommended thanks David and Lewis 👍👍

David Hunt is a fraudster and thief. He takes money upfront for an issue that doesn’t even exist and then refuses to refund you despite his countless emails and promises. Informed me I need a new engine in which I had to pay £3200 upfront and only refunded me £2000 now ignoring me for the rest of the refund. From day one this man has lied and lied through his teeth and blames it on his “mental health” condition. The car didn’t need a new engine and the work required cost a couple hundred quid. It took him 7 weeks to do nothing with my car and kept on making excuses every week. He Claims he has nothing to hide but stealing money is something to be okay in his eyes. Weird considering he has been in trouble for this exact same issue before. Getting the solicitors and bailiffs involved as we have all the information and evidence about him to recover the costs. He will clearly lie about everything and make up random stuff but i guess why would a criminal admit to being a criminal.

Stay away from this garage. Do not fall for the same mistake I did. The single worst service and customer experience I have ever received. Please look at all reviews before going here. They will take your money and you’ll never see it again

Fantastic service, I was booked in for an oil change and to check front suspension as car had a light knocking, mechanic was able to show me within seconds of getting car on ramp what the problem was. front shock absorber was leaking oil all over the place, Wandering how I would be able to get booked in for it to be replaced Dave the owner said don't worry he would get it sorted same day, so left car with them and wandered into the pretty town of Alton, had lunch and was just leaving the PH and I received a call from Dave saying car was fixed, this all in just over 2 hours after getting there, I got a taxi straight back and they showed me how bad the old one was, now dreading the bill, I was most delighted with the amount charged more than reasonable, I will now use this garage for all my repair and servicing needs, Many thanks again to all at trade tyres alton well worth 5 stars
